自動反沖洗過濾器
反沖洗過濾器，是一種利用濾網直接攔截水中的雜質，去除水體懸浮物、顆粒物，降低濁度，凈化水質，減少系統污垢、菌藻、銹蝕等產生，以凈化水質及保護系統其他設備正常工作的精密設備。水由進水口進入自清洗過濾器機體，由于智能化設計，系統可自動識別雜質沉積程度，給排污閥信號自動排污。

自動反沖洗過濾器克服傳統過濾產品的納污量小、易受污物堵塞、過濾部分需拆卸清洗且無法監控過濾器狀態等眾多缺點，具有對原水進行過濾并自動對濾芯進行自動清洗排污的功能，且清洗排污時系統不間斷供水，可以監控過濾器的工作狀態，自動化程度很高。覆蓋了由10um到3000um的各種過濾精度的需求，為客戶提供各種水過濾設備。
反沖洗過濾器，運行及控制不需外接任何能源就可以自動清洗過濾，自動排污。反沖洗期間不斷流，清洗過濾周期可以調節，清洗過濾時間默認為10-60/s，清洗過濾損失水量只占過濾水量的0.08－0.6%；過濾精度可達10-3000 微米；工作壓力可達1.0-1.6Mpa；單臺流量：4-4160m³/h。
反沖洗過濾器可立式、臥式、倒置任意方向任意位置安裝，可用于工業、農業、市政電力、電子、醫藥、食品、印染、建筑、鋼鐵、冶金、造紙等各行各業水過濾。
自動反沖洗過濾器可用于對工業水、海水、食品和制藥等輕化工工業廢水、循環水的過濾，廢油、液態原料等過濾處理等。在冶金工業及石化工業及電廠給排水和循環水系統和涉及到液態的介質過濾等工藝中，應用自動反沖洗過濾器也日趨廣泛，我國現代冶金企業引進的水系統、高爐水系統、用高壓水除鱗系統、乳化液系統以及封閉的水循環系統，液態的介質過濾系統均大量地采用了自動反沖洗過濾器。
1.過濾精度：100～3000 μm5微米都可以達到,用鍥形網。
2.壓力損失：≤ 0.016 Mpa可以設計為2公斤壓差的時候就自動反沖洗。
3.排污閥口徑：DN 50 mm。
4.排污時間：10～60秒可以設計定時反沖洗或者壓差反沖洗。
5.電源：交流三相380V/ 50Hz可以用氣壓反沖洗。
6.控制界面：數顯、旋鈕、開關。
1.全自動反沖排污過濾器采用多個濾筒過濾，有效過濾面積大，壓力損失小。 設計過濾面積為進出口面積的3～5倍。

6.沖洗過濾器方便的控制方式：壓差/時間同時控制或分別控制，可根據實際工況及需求任意選擇，自動運行;同時設手動/自動轉換開關，控制方式可預先設定,并可實現電氣互鎖,
7.反沖洗過濾器設有就地控制，必要時可設遠傳控制轉換開關，以實現就地操作和遠控操作。
8. 反沖洗過濾器留有運行狀態輸出、故障報警輸出等功能,保證設備使用在安全可靠條件下全自動反沖排污過濾器功能作用
該設備在出廠前已調試完畢，用戶在使用時直接運行即可。當設備各運行參數不能滿足用戶要求時，用戶可根據實際工況調定各參數，并相應選用手動控制、自動控制方式進行工作。
*運行時，應按以下步驟進行：
1.檢查過濾器是否處于正常工作狀態：
2.察看過濾器各連接處是否牢固。
3.察看過濾器電控箱部分應是干燥的。
4.接通電源，綠色電源指示燈亮，此時表示過濾器電控部分處于正常工作狀態，設備可投入試運行。
注：插上電源時應注意保持手的干燥，同時在過濾器工作過程中應保持其電控器部分干燥，不可有水進入電控器內部
